Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Meeting attend with clients and handling deals & achieving monthly targets.
2. Responsible for all the AMC renewable.
3. Handling & tracking of designated team, Sites & complete schedule activity of site for smooth operations.
4. Daily task planning & schedule of team & Sites.
5. Make regular inspections of operations and Handle troubleshooting and all elevator problems and schedule preventive maintenance planner with site team.
6. Maintaining the work environment and keeping the responsibilities to get the best outcome possible.
7. Guide/Training of the site staff for their assignments and supervising for electrical & mechanical work for the elevator.
8. Ensure safety, training & PPE’s.
