Salary: 45k to 55k Per month CTC (PF & ESIC)

Skills Required:

1. Excellent communication( Written and verbal).
2. Strong negotiation skills.

Role and Responsibilities:

1. Identify new business opportunities and expand the existing customer base
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with system integrators and participate in Govt. Tenders3 .
3. Manage sales pipeline and forecast sales targets
4. Provide excellent customer service and follow-up support to customers.
5. Deep understanding of the solar energy sector, including the latest technologies, trends, and regulatory requirements.
6. Ability to communicate technical aspects of solar solutions to customers in a clear and understandable manner.
7. Strong leadership and management skills to guide and motivate a sales team.
